Goal Setting. If you’ve worked in the corporate setting for a day, you’ve likely set goals. Depending on your experience, this may be incredibly boring or you may even really enjoy setting goals. Either way, this expanded approach is bound to be useful.
There’s a side to the goal setting story that isn’t often told. I’m going to set the record straight.
I’d like to recap, briefly, the conventional understanding of goal setting and then share a couple of approaches to leverage your goals into motivational experiences that always lead to progress.
The objectives of Grand Goals are:
